These Terms are intended for our pre-launch phase. They are not a full membership agreement, facility waiver, court booking policy, event agreement, or club rules document. Additional terms may apply once PBX begins accepting bookings, deposits, memberships, purchases, event reservations, or in-person participation.
PBX Pickleball Club Inc. is developing a pickleball club in Toronto, Ontario.
During the pre-launch phase, our website may provide information about our planned facility, opening timeline, memberships, events, programs, amenities, brand, and other club updates. Some details may be preliminary and subject to change.
We are working to provide accurate and useful information, but pre-opening details may change as design, construction, operations, programming, staffing, and vendor arrangements are finalized.
Any information on the website about anticipated opening dates, hours, pricing, memberships, court availability, programs, amenities, events, services, or features is provided for general information only and does not guarantee that those items will be available, available by a particular date, or available on the terms initially described.
Submitting a form, joining our list, scanning a promotional QR code, or contacting us does not create a membership, reservation, booking, purchase, or guaranteed right to access PBX.
Our website may allow you to join our email list to receive opening updates, membership details, events, and club news.
By submitting a Join the List form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. The Join the List form may also include a notice that, by submitting the form, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Joining the list does not guarantee founding membership access, special pricing, court time, event priority, or any other benefit unless we expressly confirm that benefit in writing.

During the pre-launch phase, PBX may not yet be accepting online purchases, membership payments, court bookings, or deposits through the website.
If we begin offering memberships, deposits, packages, court bookings, clinics, events, merchandise, gift cards, promotional credits, or other paid products or services, those transactions may be subject to additional terms presented at checkout, in a membership agreement, in a booking policy, in an event agreement, in a waiver, or in other written terms provided by PBX.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and any specific terms for a paid product, service, booking, membership, event, or promotion, the more specific terms will apply to that product, service, booking, membership, event, or promotion.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Pickleball, fitness activities, training, clinics, events, and use of sport or recreational facilities involve inherent risks, including injury. Once PBX opens, all visitors, members, guests, participants, and event attendees will be required to follow our posted rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, waiver process, and any applicable participation terms.
You should participate only within your abilities and consult a qualified health professional before beginning any new sport, fitness, training, or exercise activity if you have any concerns about your health, fitness, or ability to participate safely.
